COA questions
A COA is a document, produced by an analytical laboratory, that records the results of the tests run on a specific batch of material. Rather than asking you to trust a number on a label, it shows the underlying evidence: what was tested, which methods were used, and what the instruments measured.
The certificate for your batch is available from the product page, printed inside every shipment, and on request from our support team — the paperwork always matches the vial in your hand rather than a generic sample.
Start with the identity confirmation, then the purity percentage from reverse-phase HPLC, and finally the measured molecular weight from mass spectrometry compared against the value expected for the correct sequence.
Analysis is performed by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory rather than in-house, so results are verified separately from the facility that made the batch.
