How the membership works
Every order earns research points based on your tier’s multiplier — from 2.5× per $1 on the free Member plan up to 10× on Elite. Points are recorded on every order today and bank to your member account when accounts launch — redemption opens at that point, and earlier orders are credited retroactively.
Free standard shipping unlocks at Plus and above; free 2-day shipping unlocks at Pro and above. Elite adds priority fulfillment, so time-sensitive orders move to the front of the daily queue and ship first.
Both. Paid tiers are billed monthly by default, or annually for the equivalent of two months free. You can change or cancel your plan at any time — membership is an account-level program, not a long-term contract.
Pro and Elite members are notified — and can order — when newly validated compounds and limited member drops are added to the catalog, often before they appear in general listings.
