Our research-use-only policy
Kestra Club supplies research-grade peptides and related compounds strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use. This page summarizes who may purchase, how our products may and may not be used, and the regulatory statement that applies to everything we sell. It works alongside our Research Use Disclaimer and Terms of Service, which contain the full detail.
Who may purchase
Purchases are limited to qualified researchers who are at least 21 years old, and to research institutions, laboratories, and businesses acting through an authorized representative. Buyers must have the training, facilities, and equipment to handle laboratory materials safely. We may verify eligibility and decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Acceptable use
- Controlled, in-vitro scientific research and analytical method development.
- Laboratory testing and reference-standard work by qualified personnel.
- Educational and institutional research within appropriate facilities.
Prohibited use
- Any use in or on humans or animals, for any purpose.
- Any food, drug, cosmetic, supplement, or medical-device application.
- Any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use.
- Any resale or distribution for the uses prohibited above.
- Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
FDA statement
