A Certificate of Analysis is a lab-generated document that reports the identity and purity of a specific manufacturing lot. Each order references the COA for the batch it ships from, so the paperwork always matches the vial in your hand rather than a generic sample.

Most compounds ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder sealed under vacuum in a sterile vial. Lyophilized material is stable for shipping and storage, and the exact fill weight is printed on the vial label and the accompanying COA.

Sealed lyophilized vials are best kept cold and dark: typically refrigerated for short-term holding and frozen for longer storage, away from light and humidity. Once a compound is in solution it is far less stable and should be kept refrigerated; a stability window is noted for each material. Always follow your own facility's handling protocols.

Reconstitution is the laboratory step of dissolving a lyophilized powder in an appropriate laboratory solvent to prepare a working solution for research. This is a bench procedure carried out by the researcher; we do not provide preparation concentrations or usage instructions, as our products are supplied strictly for laboratory research.

Scan the QR code printed on the vial label. It resolves to the certificate record for that exact item. You can also open the certificate library at /us/coa and type the lot number from the label to pull up that batch's published results directly.

Batches undergo independent, third-party analytical testing. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry and purity is quantified by HPLC. We retain the resulting data and summarize it on each lot's Certificate of Analysis so the testing is traceable to the material you receive.

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed and a shipping label is created.

Yes. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for time-sensitive research schedules. Overnight service applies to transit time only and does not change the processing window, so orders still need to clear the standard 0–2 business day processing step first.

Standard domestic shipping is free on research orders over $150. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat calculated rate shown at checkout, and expedited services carry their own carrier surcharge.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation so material arrives in good condition.

Once your order is dispatched we email a tracking number with a link to the carrier's status page. You can follow the shipment from pickup through delivery there; tracking events can take a few hours to appear after the label is first created.

We ship to select international destinations where research materials of this kind may lawfully be received. International buyers are responsible for confirming that a compound may be imported to their location and for any duties, taxes or customs documentation their country requires. Some destinations and compounds are restricted.

Because these are sensitive research materials, unopened vials in their original, sealed condition may be eligible for return within the window stated on your invoice. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Contact support before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and share instructions.

If a vial arrives broken or a cold-chain package shows a handling problem, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will review the case promptly and arrange a replacement or credit for verified shipping damage.

If tracking stalls or a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace. Once the carrier verifies the loss, we will reship the order or issue a refund. We ask that you allow the carrier's standard investigation window before a package is declared lost.

A COA identifies the product name and lot number, states the analytical methods used (typically HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity), and reports the measured purity as a percentage against that lot. Check that the product name and lot number on the certificate match the label on your vial, and that the reported purity meets the 99%+ standard.

Purchases are intended for qualified researchers, laboratory professionals and institutions using the material in a lawful research context. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that possession and use of a given compound comply with the laws and regulations that apply to their location and organization.

No, and that is deliberate. Where more than one automatic offer could apply to the same item (volume pricing, a multi-buy pack, a Research Box, or that day's Club Sale), you get whichever single offer is worth the most to you. You are never charged more because two offers overlapped. A promotional code you enter is then applied on top, calculated against the already-reduced subtotal.

Thresholds are counted per compound: 3 or more units takes 12.5% off, 10 or more takes 40%, and 50 or more takes 50%. The discount applies to every unit of that compound, not only the units past the threshold: reaching 10 makes all ten cheaper. Vial strengths count together, so five 5 mg vials and five 10 mg vials of the same compound is ten units. Lab accessories are excluded.

Pick any four different compounds and every vial in the box is 40% off retail, with free 2-day delivery. It is a one-time order: there is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. It has to be four distinct compounds: four vials of one peptide is a volume order rather than a box, and is priced on the volume ladder instead.

You earn 2.5 points for every $1 you actually pay, excluding shipping: points are calculated on what you were charged, not on the pre-discount price. 100 points is worth $1. Points are recorded against every order and do not expire. Redemption is not open yet; when it opens, points will come off the total at checkout in $1 steps, and we will publish the terms before that happens.

Yes. Every discount is recalculated on our server from the contents of your cart when the order is placed, using the same code that priced the cart, so the two cannot disagree. If an offer ends between adding an item and checking out, the price shown in your cart is the one honoured.

After. Free shipping is measured against your subtotal once automatic discounts have come off, so the progress indicator in your cart always reflects what you are actually being charged. A promotional code you enter does not reduce that figure: a code should not cost you your free shipping.
