Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our research-grade peptides — quality and testing, shipping and tracking, returns, and research-use compliance.
Products & Quality
Every compound we list is produced to a 99%+ purity standard and verified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) before it reaches inventory. Purity is measured per batch, and the result for the exact lot you receive is recorded on its Certificate of Analysis.
A Certificate of Analysis is a lab-generated document that reports the identity and purity of a specific manufacturing lot. Each order references the COA for the batch it ships from, so the paperwork always matches the vial in your hand rather than a generic sample.
Most compounds ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder sealed under vacuum in a sterile vial. Lyophilized material is stable for shipping and storage, and the exact fill weight is printed on the vial label and the accompanying COA.
Sealed lyophilized vials are best kept cold and dark — typically refrigerated for short-term holding and frozen for longer storage, away from light and humidity. Once a compound is reconstituted it is far less stable and should be kept refrigerated and used within the working window noted for that material. Always follow your own facility's handling protocols.
Reconstitution is the laboratory step of dissolving a lyophilized powder in an appropriate solvent, such as bacteriostatic or sterile water, to prepare a working solution for research. This is a bench procedure carried out by the researcher; we do not provide preparation concentrations or usage instructions, as our products are supplied strictly for laboratory research.
Batches undergo independent, third-party analytical testing. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry and purity is quantified by HPLC. We retain the resulting data and summarize it on each lot's Certificate of Analysis so the testing is traceable to the material you receive.
Orders & Shipping
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed and a shipping label is created.
Yes. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for time-sensitive research schedules. Overnight service applies to transit time only and does not change the processing window, so orders still need to clear the standard 0–2 business day processing step first.
Standard domestic shipping is free on research orders over $150. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat calculated rate shown at checkout, and expedited services carry their own carrier surcharge.
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation so material arrives in good condition.
Once your order is dispatched we email a tracking number with a link to the carrier's status page. You can follow the shipment from pickup through delivery there; tracking events can take a few hours to appear after the label is first created.
We ship to select international destinations where research materials of this kind may lawfully be received. International buyers are responsible for confirming that a compound may be imported to their location and for any duties, taxes or customs documentation their country requires. Some destinations and compounds are restricted.
Returns & Support
Because these are sensitive research materials, unopened vials in their original, sealed condition may be eligible for return within the window stated on your invoice. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Contact support before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and share instructions.
If a vial arrives broken or a cold-chain package shows a handling problem, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will review the case promptly and arrange a replacement or credit for verified shipping damage.
If tracking stalls or a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace. Once the carrier verifies the loss, we will reship the order or issue a refund. We ask that you allow the carrier's standard investigation window before a package is declared lost.
We accept major credit and debit cards along with the additional checkout options shown on the payment step. All transactions are processed over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection, and we never store full card numbers on our systems.
Because orders move into processing quickly, we can usually only make changes before a shipping label is generated. Email support as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be modified, but you can follow the returns process if needed.
Email our support team and we will respond within one business day. Including your order number and a clear description of your question helps us resolve most requests in a single reply.
Research Use & Compliance
It means our products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, or any application in or on the body. By ordering, you confirm you are acquiring the material for lawful research purposes only.
No. None of our products are for human or animal consumption in any form. They have not been evaluated for safety or efficacy in living subjects by any regulatory authority, and we provide no dosing, administration or usage guidance. They are intended solely for controlled laboratory settings by qualified personnel.
A COA identifies the product name and lot number, states the analytical methods used (typically HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity), and reports the measured purity as a percentage against that lot. Check that the product name and lot number on the certificate match the label on your vial, and that the reported purity meets the 99%+ standard.
Yes. We support larger-volume orders for universities, research institutions and commercial laboratories, including consolidated COA documentation and dedicated account handling. Reach out through our contact form and select the wholesale/institutional option to start a quote.
Purchases are intended for qualified researchers, laboratory professionals and institutions using the material in a lawful research context. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that possession and use of a given compound comply with the laws and regulations that apply to their location and organization.
