QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Quality Commitment
Purity you can trace to a document. Every lot we release is synthesized under controlled conditions, purified by HPLC, and independently tested before it reaches a laboratory bench.
The Kestra difference
Quality is not a marketing line — it is a chain of documented steps that every product must pass before it ships.
99%+ Purity Guarantee
Every peptide batch is held to a minimum 99% purity threshold, documented on its Certificate of Analysis.
Controlled Synthesis
Production follows documented cleanroom procedures with logged reagents, parameters, and operators.
Third-Party Tested
Independent, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories confirm identity and purity for every production lot.
HPLC Verified
Purity is measured by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, the standard method for peptide analysis.
Our quality process
Each batch moves through the same controlled six-step sequence. No step is optional, and each one leaves a record.
- 01
Raw Material Verification
Starting amino acids and reagents are screened against supplier specifications and identity checks before a synthesis run is authorized. Nothing enters production without a documented match.
- 02
Controlled Synthesis
Peptides are assembled under cleanroom conditions following written, version-controlled procedures. Each run is logged with its operator, reagents, and parameters for full reproducibility.
- 03
HPLC Purification
Crude product is purified by preparative reverse-phase HPLC, often across multiple passes, to remove truncated sequences and process-related impurities down to trace levels.
- 04
Third-Party Identity Testing
A representative sample of every batch is sent to an independent, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory that confirms identity and quantifies purity — separate from the facility that made it.
- 05
COA Documentation
Results are compiled into a Certificate of Analysis listing the batch number, purity by HPLC, identity confirmation, test method, and date. The full COA travels with the product.
- 06
Sealed Packaging
Verified vials are lyophilized, capped, and nitrogen-sealed to limit oxidation and moisture, then labeled with lot traceability and packed for temperature-conscious dispatch.
Our commitments to you
Batch Traceability
Each vial carries a unique lot number that links back to its synthesis record and analytical results.
Cold-Chain Handling
Temperature-sensitive material is stored and shipped with cold-chain packaging to protect stability in transit.
Documentation with Every Batch
A Certificate of Analysis travels with every product — batch number, purity by HPLC, identity confirmation, and test date.
Nothing Taken on Faith
Every step of production leaves a record, and our team will gladly walk you through how a specific lot was verified.
